We achieve our ultra-smooth design thanks to roto-molding — a unique manufacturing process where a single piece of plastic is melted to fit our pickleball mold. Not only does this eliminate a seam that can interrupt the ball’s bounce - it ensures perfect uniformity with thickness and texture. In other words, we designed our pickleballs to be the perfect ball for playing (make that dominating) on your neighborhood court.
